At the young age of 19, Michael knew his previous years of experience of being a lead technician, project manager, and then climbing the ladder to general manager paved the way for HRG to take off. In December of 2018, founder, Michael Hampton pulled Dave Kennedy out of retirement, hitched a trailer to Dave’s truck, and that same day – the two sold their first job. Mike and Dave always knew if there was a way to do it better – they were the ones for the job. The vision of Hampton Restoration Group came to life that day. Fueled by their passion for restoration – the two set out on a mission to form a business that would create a positive impact in customers lives.
